Biography

Wei Min Tan is a Manhattan New York condo broker who recently expanded to Miami because of opportunities in the Miami condo market.  Wei Min serves global clients in (1) investing for diversification and long term returns, (2) buying a residence/vacation home.

Wei Min has 20+ years of real estate experience.  He has contributed to media including CNBC, Bloomberg, New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.  Previously, he was a banker at Citigroup responsible for a $500 million portfolio. He has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of REBNY and NAR.

"The hardest is waking at 4:30am in subfreezing New York winter and stepping into a cold shower, then the 6am outdoor workout. Everything else is easy after that." He does Muay Thai kickboxing, heated yoga and did 352 burpees in 23 mins.
