Biography

Michael Serposs is a licensed Sales Associate in the state of Florida, an experienced residential investor and developer and brings a wealth of expertise to the R Florida team. 

Michael is a Founding Partner of Oldtown Capital Partners (OCP), a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Miami Beach. Founded in 2017, OCP has acquired over 200 multifamily units and 25 single-family rental properties. Additionally, the firm has 360 class A rental units under construction in South Florida with an additional 580 in pre-development. 

Prior to forming OCP, Michael was a Director for Starwood Retail Partners, the retail arm of the global private equity firm Starwood Capital Group. Prior to joining Starwood, Michael worked as a commercial real estate appraiser at the financial advisory firm Kroll (previously Duff & Phelps). 

Michael is originally from Minneapolis and holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was a triple major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, International Business, and Economics.
