Experience has taught me that metropolitan real estate, both in Manhattan, New York and Broward/Dade Counties in Florida is like a solar system of planets filled with seemingly infinite varieties of architecture, neighborhoods and culture. An in depth study of these locales and helping people to find their dream space is my driving passion - to fit the puzzle pieces together. With a strong skill set of online visual assessment and rapid research allows me to see what is not obvious about a property to the naked eye, narrowing down available listings in order to serve my clients swiftly and to reduce the stress of disappointed viewings, or a seemingly endless search with no results.
